Great tool for  controlling Windows start-up applications.

AutoRuns is  probably the best app for controlling Windows start-up. After launching it it will list everything that loads at Windows start-up. It will list all software, dlls and services starting with Windows. AutoRuns lists software located in start-up folder, Run, RunOnce, and other Registry keys. Software is listed in various categories from where you can easily control their start-up or turn them off.
