Setup and control inactive system tray icons

You don’t have to always show all the icons in your system tray. You can control their appearance. First click with right mouse button on the taskbar and select Properties. Taskbar and menu properties window will appear. You can click on the checkbox “Hide inactive icons”. This will show icons in the system tray only when they are active. To chose setting for each icon individually click on the customize button. From there choose an icon and set its appearing properties. It can be “Hide when inactive,” “Always hide,” or “Always show”.
