Multiple email in-boxes

If you have 2 or more email accounts on different pop3 email accounts you can easily setup your email reader Outlook Express or Windows Mail so each email account have his own in-box, so you can keep your email separated.

Start your email reader and create a folder for each email account. Go to menu Tools, Message Rules, and create a new rule:

emailconfig1

In the section  “Selection Condition for your rule:” select the option just like on the image above. Then click in the 3rd section “Rule Description on “specified account” and select one of your email accounts.

emailconfig2

Now in the 2nd section “Select the Actions for your rule:” select the option just like on the image above. Then click in the 3rd section “Rule Description on “specified folder” and select the folder you created for that email account. Click OK and apply it. Repeat the process for other email accounts that you have. Now your email will be separated.
